Dear President Trump,

I’ve never done the Seattle/DC trip in less than 48 hours before and although it is really nice to be home, I am exhausted so tonight my letter to you will just be a vehicle for a metta blessing for us all.

May we all be safe and make sound decisions.
May we all be happy and may we rejoice in each other’s happiness.
May we all be healthy and take good care of ourselves and the planet.
May our lives unfold and intersect peacefully, respectfully, and kindly.
May it be so.
