Good evening President Trump,

Scared people are easily manipulated people as are angry people. Scared angry people are especially vulnerable to being trained to identify scapegoats and they are apt to believe strong talking leaders who make promises that sound good but are short on details or logic, especially if they point to convenient others to blame. We are in an era of insane and dangerous manipulations that while in no way is completely of your making, is being made infinitely worse by you and your crew.

There are other ways to go and eventually those that are grounded in the ancient wisdoms of loving one’s neighbor as oneself and dealing with reality as it truly is will prevail. This current era is an extremely unfortunate bump in the road, but love will in the end become the guiding principle that outlasts greed, hate, and meanness.

So in this spirit I send you the following prayer:

May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May your life unfold and intersect with ease.
